Family Medical loves giving back to our community.

We absolutely believe in giving back to our community. Our owner, Chris Monroe, started volunteering with his father at the age of 10. Chris has served on several boards and committees for charitable organizations throughout our community. One of Chris' greatest accomplishments was to bring Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) to Peoria County. He spent 2 years introducing this to the community and after it was an active charity, he served as President of the Board for several years. The mission of CASA of Peoria is to ensure that every abused and neglected child is placed in a safe and permanent home by utilizing specially trained community volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children going through the court system.

In addition to the giving of our time, Family Medical supports a myriad of local charities through monetary and in-kind donations. We are proud to donate a fleet of wheelchairs for the Greater Peoria Honor Flight for veterans several times per year.
