Family Medical is centrally located just off of the corner of University Street and War Memorial in Peoria. Meadowbrook Road is the access road that runs parallel with War Memorial. Our building sits on War Memorial, but parking lot access is off of Meadowbrook. You may enter Meadowbrook Road directly off of University or at the intersection of War Memorial and Brandywine Road.
